A Marine Veteran....

I am a retired United States Marine who served honorably for 25 years.  I have led and trained tens of thousands of Marines, always attaining the desired results.  In 2010 I received one of my most challenging assignments - Advocate (Project Director) for the Light Armored Reconnaissance Occupational Specialty.  I have demonstrated proven performance on the "Business End" of the military.  I managed our Global Operations and Budgets and provided guidance as Key Influencer for top-level policy makers on behalf of nearly 6,000 personnel.      

Corporate Experience....

After military retirement in 2012, I transitioned into project management for a Global Oil and Gas Services Company.  I initially managed the daily operations of a functional group.  In this role, I maintained the operational statuses of up to 15 complex projects and assisted, coached, and provided mentorship for a 60+ person team.  In 2014, my influence expanded when I was promoted to the role of Project Management Instructor.  In this role I mentored, led, and coached our business leaders with great success.  In 2016, my influence expanded even further when I was promoted again, this time to the role of internal Performance Consultant.  In this role, I coached and led literally thousands customer facing personnel including those at the executive-level in every region of the globe.   I designed, developed, and facilitated various workshops providing coaching in areas including; interpersonal communication, stakeholder engagement, customer relationship management, and leadership - all of which led to measurable increases in productivity and reductions in cost.
